We’re looking for a dedicated Caseworker to join our residential team and walk alongside men on their recovery journey.

About the Role

Working within our therapeutic community model, you’ll mentor and support students through structured case management and practical, day-to-day guidance. You’ll play a key role in helping participants build life skills, achieve personal goals, and prepare for reintegration into the community.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role that requires sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to respond to a variety of situations as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide case management and develop individual recovery plans
  • Facilitate group sessions and life-skills programs
  • Liaise with families, referral partners, and support services
  • Maintain accurate records in RediCASE and complete reports
  • Work closely with program staff and counsellors

About You

  • Cert IV in Community Services (AOD and/or Mental Health) or related qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in casework, mentoring or community support
  • Genuine compassion and a desire to see people overcome addiction
  • Strong communication, organisation, and initiative
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate and Working With Children Check
  • Alignment with ONE80TC’s Christian values and mission
