We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Foundation (Reception) Teacher to join our team in a contracted position, commencing in Term 3, 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a meaningful impact during a key stage of our students’ learning journey.

About the Role
This role suits an educator who thrives in a vibrant early learning environment, can think on their feet, and brings energy, creativity, and warmth to their classroom each day.

You will play an important role in nurturing a smooth, engaging, and supportive classroom environment, including:

  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for Foundation students
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated Junior Primary team
  • Contribute positively to the broader life of the school

About You
You are organised, calm, and nurturing, with a genuine passion for supporting young children as they begin their school journey. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and creating a classroom where every child feels safe, known, and valued.

You are:

  • A qualified and registered teacher (or eligible for registration in South Australia)
  • Passionate about early years education and student wellbeing
  • An effective communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Committed to continuous improvement and professional growth
  • A personal commitment to Christian education and modelling Christian values
