About the Role

Are you passionate about planning, delivering and evaluating financial capability workshops in community settings and connecting participants to further support across the FinWell program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging financial capability workshops
  • Create safe, trauma‑informed learning environments
  • Adapt content for diverse needs
  • Build participant confidence and skills
  • Provide warm referrals and service navigation
  • Contribute to reporting and program improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • BA in Social Work, Community services or Diploma with relevant work experience
  • Financial Literacy Education Certification or willing to obtain
  • -->Experience supporting people facing financial hardships.
  • -->Group facilitation experience and adapting group programs to achieve
  • outcomes
  • Experience using a CRM database
  • -->Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • NSW Driver License and WWCC and Police checks or willing to obtain
