Role Purpose

  • Manage the voice, tone and messaging of the ministry across supporter and donor communications.
  • Conceive, create and oversee compelling written content and direct marketing communications that drive engagement, participation and generosity.
  • Steward Vision’s primary supporter engagement model (Consumer → Connected → Contributor → Committed).
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel fundraising and supporter communication campaigns.
  • Oversee Vision’s strategic supporter publications across print and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

As Supporter Communications Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of supporter and donor communications that drive engagement, loyalty and sustainable financial growth. Working closely with your Executive and key stakeholders, you will analyse donor data and segments to develop compelling offers and campaign messaging aligned with Vision’s mission.

You will oversee the creation and quality of written communications across the ministry, including supporter emails, donor correspondence, media releases, promotions and prayer resources, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with Vision’s voice. This includes editing and supporting corporate communications prepared by senior leaders.

You will manage monthly direct mail campaigns and oversee Vision’s key supporter publications across print and digital formats, coordinating editorial content, design, production and distribution to ensure brand integrity and supporter confidence.

You will also contribute to advertising, fundraising and event campaigns, working collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative outcomes on time and to brief.

With proven experience in supporter, fundraising or direct marketing communications, you will translate strategy into clear, engaging, brand‑aligned messaging. Highly organised and collaborative, you will thrive in fast‑paced environments, lead integrated campaigns with confidence, and balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on delivery, always with excellence, integrity and a strong team mindset.
