Strategic, Missional & Academic Leader
Brisbane School of Theology (BST) is seeking a Christ-centred leader to serve as Principal. In service to God and in partnership with Christ’s church, BST equips Christians for maturity,
ministry, and mission through academically rigorous, pastorally informed theological education within a genuine, loving, interdenominational community.
This role provides spiritual, theological, academic, strategic, and relational leadership for the College. The Principal leads mission, culture, academic quality, partnerships, and together with the board provides institutional direction. The Principal works closely with the Operations Manager who leads the day-to-day operations (governance workflows, compliance, HR systems, staffing administration, finance).
BST is known for its strong communal formation, its interdenominational ethos, its cross-cultural focus, and unique missional opportunities.
