About the role
As a casual OOSH Educator, you will support the delivery of before and after school care and Vacation Care programs at Kotara South Public School. You will work as part of a large, collaborative team to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children.
You will support daily routines, supervise play and activities, and build respectful, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues. A strong understanding of appropriate boundaries, supervision, and child safe practices is essential in this role.
Our Kotara South service is licenced for 100 children and is in a dedicated OOSH hub within the school.

You will bring energy, patience, and professionalism to your work, and understand the responsibility that comes with working directly with children. You are comfortable following policies, maintaining clear boundaries, and contributing to a culture where children feel safe, heard, and respected.

For over 25 years, Wesley Out of School Hours Care has been delivering high quality before and after school care in environments where children’s safety and wellbeing are non negotiable. We operate 14 services across Sydney and the Central Coast and are guided by the My Time, Our Place framework.
