This role exists to support the Ministry Team Leader by providing wise oversight of the church’s operational life, including finance, administration, facilities, compliance, and staff systems. It is a key leadership role that helps ensure our structures serve the mission of the church. The Operations Manager works closely with staff, volunteers, and governance leaders to help SCC function with clarity, integrity, and sustainability.
