Oaktree Anglican Church is a charismatic evangelical Anglican Church in Melbourne’s Inner South East combining the sites of St. Mary's Caulfield and St. Clement's Elsternwick.

We are a diverse, multi-generational community of Christian believers from across South-East Melbourne, who gather to worship freely in both traditional Anglican and contemporary styles, warmly welcoming one another and the presence of God.

We have a legacy of solid biblical teaching, steadfast prayer, a reliance on the gifts and empowering of the Holy Spirit, and an outward-looking focus to reach communities near and far with the message of Jesus Christ. We are a place of healing, nurture and growth for people from a wide range of faith backgrounds.

We have recently been going through a revitalisation process with City to City Australia and are moving forward under a renewed vision and strategic direction.

Oaktree Anglican is seeking a pioneering and ordained Assistant Pastor to begin in 2026 to revitalise our Elsternwick site and to lead our ministry with young people across both churches...... This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to a church that has a strong history and is renewed in its vision towards a fresh new season. This will be someone who has a heart for those who don’t know Jesus, has previously been able to plant, lead and grow new ministries, and has experience in ministry to children, youth, and young adults. The Assistant Pastor will work with the Lead Pastor, other staff and lay leaders to provide pastoral leadership across these two main areas.
