We are a Jesus faith-based organization dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities and their families. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to live their best lives, while promoting Christian values of love, compassion, and inclusion.

We offer a range of services and programs to support individuals with disabilities, including disability advocacy, housing assistance, and social activities. Our team of experienced professionals work closely with clients to assess their unique needs and develop customized plans to help them achieve their goals.

This role involves delivering high-quality support to NDIS participants living with complex mental health needs, autism (ASD), psychosocial disabilities, and dual diagnoses. You will provide both community-based and residential support, ensuring participants feel safe, respected, and empowered in their daily lives.
