As a campus of Kingsway Church, we are part of something bigger while carrying our own unique identity and eldership. Our structure is both relational and centralised: each church has its own eldership providing spiritual leadership and care, while governance and finances are centralised across all campuses. This model ensures unity, accountability, and wise stewardship, while still giving space for each campus to flourish in its local context.

SeeChange is a small-to-medium-sized church with a big community impact. We are known for being authentic, relational, and Spirit-led, creating relaxed and non-religious environments where people can encounter Jesus in genuine and life-changing ways.

We are seeking a new Pastor for up to four days per week, with flexibility to negotiate days and arrangements. Our current Pastor is bi-vocational, and we are open to conversations with candidates who are currently studying. This role offers a strong opportunity for mentoring, support, and ongoing training. The Pastor will provide pastoral, spiritual, and operational leadership to the campus, ensuring alignment with Kingsway Church’s mission, vision, and values.
