Peirson Farms has been investing in the community and its young people since 1947, first through our group family homes on the farm and currently by supporting our social services arm which provide support to young people and their families through counseling and other programs. We are also proud to partner with local council and schools to support young people exploring employment opportunities.
Our vision is to grow futures by showing young Queenslanders a new way to reach their God-given potential.
We achieve this through upholding the following values:
Invest in and promote sustainable farming practices with a focus on environmental conservation and responsible water usage
Create opportunities to provide training and support to young people in the region through hands on experiences and social support
We value the safety, well-being and uniqueness of every person and serve our community with integrity, respect and diligence.
Through mutual respect and authenticity; and by honouring our promises, we make genuine connections with all we serve in the community
Forge partnerships with like-minded and complementary organisations to amplify the impact of our initiatives
