Seeking a Mentoring Program Coordinator to develop and oversee the delivery of CLCC’s Community Mentoring Program/s to individuals and families.
These programs aim to provide support, and improve life skills and confidence, as well as meeting participants’ needs relating to practical, social, mental, and relational wellbeing. Together with other internal and external services, CLCC desires to empower participants to live out their full potential.
As part of the Community Mentoring and Training (CMT) team, the Mentoring Program Coordinator will participate in and mobilise volunteer mentors to support parents, children and members of the community. Mentoring programs will be allocated and mutually agreed upon in consultation with the CMT team leader. Throughout the program/s, mentors assist participants to explore their strengths, define, and achieve their goals, and encourage them to live their best life possible.
