Head of Growth in Marketing (Christian Values-Aligned)

We are a purpose-driven, service-based business with national reach and international potential. With a large marketing budget and ambitious growth goals, we’re looking for a Head of Growth in Marketing to optimize our entire marketing strategy — find the leaks, reallocate resources effectively, and ensure that every dollar spent maximizes ROI.

This is a big-picture role where you’ll own the entire marketing ecosystem, make high-level decisions about budget allocation, and find smart, sustainable ways to drive more revenue without unnecessary spend. If you’re someone who thinks strategically and can optimize across the board — we want you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Audit and optimize the full marketing mix (paid and organic) to ensure maximum ROI

  • Identify where marketing dollars are being wasted and reallocate budgets for higher efficiency

  • Lead performance marketing efforts across Google Ads, SEO, Paid Social, and other profitable channels

  • Develop and implement strategies to scale revenue while maintaining a sustainable cost structure

  • Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ensure all marketing activities are contributing to long-term growth

  • Provide high-level strategic guidance on which channels and tactics should be prioritized to hit growth goals

  • Work directly with the founder to make data-backed decisions and execute plans

You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing

  • Strong expertise in budget management and ROI optimization across multiple channels (Google Ads, SEO, Paid Social, etc.)

  • Proven ability to spot inefficiencies and reallocate marketing spend for better returns

  • Strategic thinking with hands-on experience in implementing and executing growth strategies

  • Comfortable working at both the big-picture level (strategy) and detailed level (execution and optimization)

  • Alignment with Christian values — honesty, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
