Opened in 1983 QCCC Mapleton is one of Queensland’s most desired Outdoor Education camps on the Sunshine Coast.  Thousands of schools, churches, craft groups, and families have enjoyed their Mapleton camping experience in the mountains of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, and the venue continues to provide high-quality accommodation, catering, and outdoor education activities to school camps, church and community groups and large conferences.

Nestled in the mountains of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, QCCC Mapleton is a short drive from Brisbane.  Part of the Blackall Range, Mapleton is surrounded by National Parks and the world-class Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk.  The breathtaking rainforest camp setting, combined with the comfortable accommodation and friendly staff make Mapleton an ideal location for your Sunshine Coast school camp, retreat or conference.
