We are currently seeking expressions of interest for an IT Officer position within our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service mindset, solid technical troubleshooting skills, and a passion for supporting users across various IT systems and platforms.
Fixed Term Contract: November 2025- 30 June 2026 Full Time or Part Time (4 days/ 30 hours) applicants welcome Location : North Sydney (3 days office, 2 days remote)
About the Role:
Responding to service desk tickets and support requests
Supporting the IT Manager on other IT projects
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Supporting Windows, macOS, Office 365, and common business applications
Managing user accounts, permissions, and system access
Escalating complex issues to IT Manager where necessary
Maintaining accurate documentation and records of support activities
