Working closely with the Senior Minister to develop a culture of discipleship grounded in the distinctives of Newtown Mission (growing faith, celebrating diversity, valuing creativity, generous hospitality, seeking justice). The Newtown Pastor will take a key role in pastoral care and leadership development for the faith community.
