Everest Contracting is a private business specialising in remedial construction, and we’re seeking a talented Office Manager to join our small office team of five and help oversee our wider team of 50 employees and contractors........
This is a flexible role available for 3-5 days per week with working hours between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm . We’re looking for someone to start in mid to late February , taking over from our current Office Manager and Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
MYOB Management : Issue invoices, record supply payments, reconcile bank transactions, and process payroll.
Tenders & Administration : Prepare tenders for clients, manage administrative tasks, and assist with advertising for new staff.
Social Media Marketing : Promote our services through creative and engaging content on social media platforms.
Team Coordination : Provide leadership and support to a dynamic team of employees and contractors.
