Set in a team environment you will work with the YA and Kids Pastor to grow the outworking of spiritual life within a suburban context as part of the Next Gen team. 2 days per week PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To provide, spiritual, ministry and organisational leadership to meet the church’s strategic objectives for 12 – 16 year olds. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, maintain and implement a strategic plan for the church’s ministry with Youth. Maintain the spiritual tone and values of the church with the Youth Ministry.
