Anglican Church Robina, together with the parishes of Burleigh Heads and Palm Beach, is seeking a Rising Generations Pastor to lead ministry with children, youth, and young adults (ages 0–30) across a growing Anglican network.
This is a key leadership role for a pastor with a heart for revival in the next generation — someone who loves Jesus, loves young people, and is passionate about building communities of faith, belonging, and discipleship.
You will provide strategic oversight of children’s and youth ministry, personally lead ministry with young adults, and ensure the highest standards of pastoral care and child protection.
Key responsibilities include:
• Setting vision and discipleship strategy for ages 0–30
• Leading and mentoring students and young adults (18–30)
• Oversight of children’s and youth ministry and volunteer teams
• Championing child protection and safe ministry practices
• Building partnerships with local Anglican schools
• Contributing to preaching, worship, and wider church leadership
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a committed Christian with spiritual maturity and pastoral warmth
• Has experience leading youth and/or young adult ministry
• Is a strategic thinker and strong team builder
• Has a heart for discipleship, mission, and leadership development
• Is excited to serve within an Anglican context
This role is full-time, part of the Leadership Team, and licensed by the Archbishop.
