Big Kids’ Table is seeking a Youth Program Lead to guide the development, delivery, and future direction of our youth programs. This senior leadership role combines curriculum oversight, workshop leadership, and discipleship strategy, helping ensure our work remains biblically grounded, pastorally wise, and deeply impactful.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design, development, and evaluation of BKT’s youth programs
  • Shape scalable discipleship pathways for schools and churches
  • Provide high-level workshop leadership and mentor presenters
  • Work closely with the Founders to steward vision and impact
  • 0.8 FTE | Based in Lilydale, Melbourne with regular travel during school terms

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced school or ministry practitioner (chaplain, teacher, wellbeing role)
  • Confident communicator and strategic thinker
  • Passionate about young people, faith formation, and healthy sexuality
  • Strong alignment with BKT’s Christian ethos and values
