✨ About the Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the organisation’s digital advertising and marketing strategy by executing paid campaigns, optimising digital channels, and delivering data‑driven insights.

This role works collaboratively with content, email, and web teams to increase engagement, strengthen overall digital performance and improve donation income. Your work will help impact the mission of disaster relief, development assistance and the Gospel of Jesus Christ to reach the ends of the earth.

🎥 What You’ll Be Doing

Ø Campaign Management

  • Plan, build and optimize paid campaigns across social media, Google Ads & Google Grant platforms.
  • Monitor daily and monthly ad spend, adjusting to maximise performance and budget efficiency.

Ø Creative + Content

  • Work with the Content Creator to develop compelling visuals for increased click-through rate and advertising campaign effectiveness.
  • Produce and A/B test multiple creative variations to identify top‑performing assets.
  • Optimise digital channels including SEO, SEM, and retargeting to support traffic growth and conversion.
  • Work with Marketing Communications Specialist to build email campaigns and automation journeys.

Ø Analytics + Optimisation

  • Create regular reporting measures to track performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with Front End Web Developer and Content Creator to identify and implement website optimization opportunities.

Ø Qualifications / Skills:

  • Degree or Diploma in social media, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar area of study
    • Technical Skills
      • Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Ads
      • SEO/SEM optimisation
      • WordPress editing (advantageous)
    • Creative Tools
      • Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
      • Social media platforms (Sprout etc)
