As a part of the CCC Camps Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service from start to finish. We're seeking a committed and dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and deliver outstanding support to our guests.

Role Overview:
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from booking to camp completion. Your focus will be on ensuring our clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience at all stages of the camp process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with group organisers to gather necessary information, confirm details, and finalise bookings using our online booking system (Venue360).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all logistics are in place for successful camp experiences.
  • Share information through weekly team meetings
  • Follow up with group organisers remotely during camp.
  • Communicate with onsite team to ensure the campers have an exceptional experience

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and experience with booking systems (Venue360).
  • Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Flexibility to work some weekends as required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience required.
  • Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
