We’re seeking a caring and motivated Caseworker to join our residential team supporting men on their journey to recovery.
About the Role
Working within our therapeutic community model, you’ll mentor and support students through structured case management and practical guidance. Your role will help participants build life skills, achieve personal goals, and prepare for reintegration into the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management and develop recovery plans
- Facilitate group sessions and life-skills programs
- Liaise with families, referral sources and support agencies to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate records in RediCASE and complete required reports
- Work collaboratively with program staff and counsellors
About You
- Cert IV in Community Services (AOD and/or Mental Health) or related qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in casework, mentoring or community support
- A compassionate heart and desire to see people set free from addiction
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate and Working With Children Check

After completing our programs, we support individuals in reintegrating into the community and preparing for employment or further education.
Funding for the ONE80TC program is provided through donations, sponsorships, grants, foundations, fundraising and client fees.
ONE80TC Limited is a not-for-profit and is governed by a Board of Management.
