Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2025.

The Wantirna South Campus is seeking a part-time Primary Daily Organiser (FTE 0.6 – 4.5 hours per day over 5 days) to work in the Primary School of the Wantirna South Campus. The Primary Daily Organiser is responsible for the coordination, management and implementation of short-term cover absences. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised person who is a great communicator, to join our team. Once established, this role could predominantly be completed from home.

The successful applicant must:

• Be able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
• Be willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
• Have high level communication and interpersonal skills
• Be highly motivated
• Have strong administrative, organisational, and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ideally (but not essential) have experience in schools, recruitment or agency work
