The Role

Crossway is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Assets Manager to provide strategic oversight and operational management of all physical and technology assets across our campuses and ministries. This role will ensure that all facilities and technology systems are safe, functional and enable ministry effectiveness. The role will lead facilities operations, IT infrastructure, capital projects, campus expansion initiatives and long-term asset planning aligned with Crossway’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing multi-campus facilities management, preventative maintenance and compliance.
• Leading IT infrastructure, networks and technology systems supporting services and operations.
• Managing capital projects, renovations and new campus launches.
• Developing strategic asset management plans and optimise asset utilisation.
• Managing vendors, contracts, budgets and WHS compliance across all sites.
• Supporting ministry effectiveness by creating welcoming, technologically enabled environments.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property, Engineering, IT, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities, property or technology management.
• Proven experience in multi-site operations and project delivery.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Facilities management or project management certification.
• Experience in church, education or NFP sector.
