Rostrevor Baptist Church is a vibrant, multi-cultural & generational community of 800+ people. We’re seeking a Spirit-filled, strategic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team and oversee our Ministry Support functions including - finance, HR, property, IT, projects, and governance support.
You’ll be a collaborative, high-integrity leader who empowers teams, streamlines systems, and supports our mission to see lives changed in Jesus’ name. You’ll bring relevant qualifications, proven leadership and management experience, strong financial and administrative skills, and a genuine faith that aligns with RBC’s mission and values.
Rostrevor Baptist Church is a growing, diverse, multi-generational community of 800 adults and children across multiple services. We are seeking a Spirit-filled, skilled leader to join our Senior Leadership Team and provide oversight of our Ministry Support functions, including:
- Financial management and budgeting
- Human resources and volunteer coordination
- Property, facilities, and IT infrastructure
- Project management and missional initiatives
- Compliance, risk management, and governance support
This role requires a collaborative, high-integrity leader who thrives in a multi-faceted environment and can empower teams, optimise systems, and live out our values while supporting the church’s mission to see lives change in Jesus’ name.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, ICT, or related field
- Proven business, leadership and project management experience
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Experience serving in or engaging with governance-level church leadership
- A warm, approachable, team-oriented spiritual leader who aligns
with RBC’s mission, Statement of Faith and can live out our values
in the following of Jesus each day.
