  • Reconciling accounts and keeping financial transactions & ledgers
  • Reconciling Bank Statements and Financial Records
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assisting in payroll processing and tax preparation
  • Processing payments and handling daily banking activities
  • Identifying data irregularities to management
  • Generating invoices and receipts
  • Preparing and lodging business activity statements (BAS)
  • Producing balance sheets, statements, and other financial reports
  • Using bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Excel competency essential

Skills required:

  • Flawless data entry skills: You have a keen eye for detail and can spot errors in financial records.
  • Analytical Mind Set: You are able to analyse financial data and make problem solving recommendations based on your analysis.
