The purpose of this placement is to be a Frontier Services Bush Chaplain within the Barkly Council Area, providing practical, pastoral and spiritual care to those who live and work within remote Australia.
The Barkly Region includes 2 towns and 6 homeland communities: Tennant Creek, Elliot, Ali Curung, Alpurrururlam, Ampilatwatja, Arlparra, Wutunugurra, and Epenara.

We work with rural and remote communities and provide practical assistance and community support through volunteer assistance and Bush Chaplaincy.
