About the Role:

Join Anglicare as a compassionate and driven Business Services Officer in a permanent full-time role with office location in Castle Hill Seniors Communities. Support the Village Business Manager in delivering excellence across administration, finance, reporting, and project coordination. Your work will help foster communication, streamline operations, and enhance resident experiences.

As the Business Services Officer, your primary responsibilities and accountabilities with involve:

• Provide administrative support and manage suppliers, invoices, and digital systems
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and data analysis
• Coordinate projects and operational tasks across teams
• Facilitate effective communication and staff engagement
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Strong IT literacy (Office 365, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Data Visualisation platform e.g. power BI)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter who brings enthusiasm and teamwork to every challenge
• Passion for improving lives and delivering high-quality service
