Restore Community Church is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a passionate, servant-hearted Pastor to join our Leadership Team and help shape the future of our church and community.
Established in 2009, Restore is a Pentecostal church known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and heart to connect people to the love, grace, and truth of Jesus. With a vibrant and diverse congregation, we’re committed to building strong ministries, nurturing faith, and extending practical care to those within and beyond our walls.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Minister, this role plays a key leadership function—overseeing a range of ministries and driving our pastoral care efforts. You’ll lead our Connect Groups ministry, mentor leaders, respond to prayer and care needs, and support ministry teams including youth, kids, men’s, women’s, and young adults. You’ll also play a vital role in hospital chaplaincy, liaising with families in need, and occasionally preaching on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on pastoral care and support
- Oversee and grow our Connect Groups ministry
- Pray for and respond to needs across the congregation
- Equip and empower ministry leaders and volunteers
- Lead leadership training and development
- Manage hospital visitation and chaplaincy support
- Engage with Community Care visitors pastorally
- Teach and preach as required
About You:
- Experienced in pastoral ministry and leadership
- A strong communicator and team builder
- Theologically grounded with preaching/teaching experience
- Passionate about raising and discipling leaders
- Relational, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Holds appropriate theological/ministry qualifications
