About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Minister, this role plays a key leadership function—overseeing a range of ministries and driving our pastoral care efforts. You’ll lead our Connect Groups ministry, mentor leaders, respond to prayer and care needs, and support ministry teams including youth, kids, men’s, women’s, and young adults. You’ll also play a vital role in hospital chaplaincy, liaising with families in need, and occasionally preaching on Sundays.
