About the role
We are seeking a Community Leader to join our team based in Lilydale. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to NDIS participants. You'll lead service operations, support your team to flourish, ensure compliance with NDIS standards, and foster a culture of hope, dignity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily service delivery aligned with NDIS guidelines and organisational values
Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing support team
Ensure quality and compliance across all services, including audits and reporting
Drive community engagement and encourage participation in Choice's community programs
Collaborate with families, stakeholders, and allied health professionals
Manage budgets, rostering, and resource allocation effectively
Promote participant voice, safeguarding, and individual outcomes
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience leading NDIS, disability, or mental health service teams
A deep understanding of person-centred and trauma-informed practice
Strong operational and administrative skills: rostering, budgeting, risk and incident management
The ability to build meaningful connections with participants, families, and staff
Alignment with our faith-based mission and commitment to hope and inclusion
Relevant qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Community Services, or Allied Health
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel locally as required
