  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
  • Assisting with the coordination of training and development activities, including maintaining training records and helping with scheduling.

  • Providing first-line HR support to employees and managers with day-to-day queries related to policies, entitlements, and procedures.
  • Assisting in the review and maintenance of HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Confidence using HRIS systems and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or working towards one) is highly regarded.

What do we offer?

  • A culture that cultivates a body of graduates who are well-rounded, successful men of faith and independent mind who influence their nation for the greater good and who strive to be worthy of their forefathers.
  • An institution that seeks to serve God faithfully, through our core values and culture.
  • Personal development and growth opportunities.
  • A constructive and supportive work environment in which all staff members are valued.
  • Financial and non-financial rewards and incentives.
  • Free barista morning coffee and lunches.
  • Employee Assistance Programs.
  • Access to The Scots College bus transport system.
  • Access to medical services.
