Oxley Christian College is seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team on a part time basis (0.4 FTE) as soon as possible. This role involves:

  1. Supporting students with diverse learning needs across Middle School (Years 7-9) and Senior School (Years 10-12).
  2. Collaborating with teachers to implement inclusive education strategies.
  3. Fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.

Desirable: Experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of inclusive education practices.
