The Role
As a Partner Success Manager, your primary focus is to support Ministry Partners by driving impact through strategic project execution and strong relationship management. You’ll be the key point of contact for ministry partners, ensuring smooth communication, effective management of project schedules, and the development of ongoing strategies. While you’ll contribute strategically to ministry success, you will be supported by a team of specialists and a strategic lead shaping overall strategy.
Building upon your experience in fundraising, not-for-profit, or ministry, D+C is looking for a proactive learner and leader who implements best practices and applies industry-leading strategies to enhance ministry effectiveness. You have high attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills.
As the Partner Success Manager, you will be a collaborative team player, professional and have a strong ability to work under pressure. Whist a degree in marketing or communications is desired, it is not essential for this role. You will come with at least three years ministry, marketing or not-for profit experience. Your key strengths will be in building strong Ministry Partnerships through successful project execution and relationship building.
