About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Shop Manager to lead our Anglicare Op Shop in Bondi. This is a part time role 22.8 hours per week. In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead with Heart: Inspire and manage a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
• Drive Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and support Anglicare’s vision and values.
• Build Community: Forge strong relationships with local community members, churches, and key stakeholders to enhance our shop’s presence and impact.
• Champion Sustainability: Promote the joy of recycling, reusing, and reloving beautiful preloved items.

Your Impact

• We are seeking a compassionate professional with:
• Proven experience in retail management.

• Experience in event organization and vendor liaison.
• The ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
• A current driver’s license and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
