Glasshouse Country Baptist Church are looking for a Church/College Youth Pastor to join our team. This is a full time role which is divided into three days a week as the Church’s youth pastor and 2 days per week as part of our pastoral team supporting 550 high school students.....

Glasshouse Country Baptist Church: a welcoming congregation of 150 members committed to growing in faith and community.

This is a full time role which is divided into three days a week as the Church’s youth pastor and 2 days per week as part of our pastoral team supporting 550 high school students.

Currently, our Friday night youth group engages 40 teens, with 15 attending our Wednesday night bible study.

Our Vision is to see young people introduced to the Christian faith and then have their lives transformed by the Lord Jesus. We believe the best way for any Christian to grow is by, discipling, serving and being incorporated to their local church.

We are seeking a youth pastor who’s vision aligns with ours.

We are looking for someone:

· Who has and appreciates theological training.

· A person who believes they are called to this role.

· Someone with a vision for youth ministry and a strategy to see it realised.

· someone who will get involved with teenagers encouraging them to grow in their Christian faith.
