Brisbane Christian College invites applicants for this position with experience at a similar level in administration and who understand this role’s importance. The ideal candidate will have:

  • a high commitment to best practice and personal learning.
  • strong emotional intelligence and a welcoming and supportive nature, creating an atmosphere of Christ’s love and grace in the Primary School office.
  • a high level of confidentiality, developed organisational and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • an understanding of a school’s structure, processes and operations. Previous success as a receptionist with administration duties in a school setting would be desirable.

The successful applicant will hold a current Blue Card for working with children issued by the Queensland Government and will be able to support the Christian ethos of the College fully.

Position type: 38 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.
