We are a growing, fast-paced GP practice on Brisbane’s bayside, with up to 10 Health Professionals consulting at any time. Our team is further supported by a Midwife, Pharmacist, Nurses, Physiotherapists, and Social Workers, ensuring a comprehensive, team-based approach to patient care.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

🩺 Welcoming patients and collecting accurate personal details.
📅 Scheduling appointments efficiently and managing patient flow.
📞 Answering calls & responding to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
💳 Processing payments & insurance claims on behalf of patients.
🔍 Monitoring and coordinating patient care pathways from check-in to follow-up.
🤝 Supporting doctors & health associates by coordinating care with external services.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

Outstanding customer service skills – a warm and professional manner in-person and over the phone.
Compassionate & empathetic approach – supporting both patients and health professionals.
Excellent organisational skills – ability to prioritise, multitask, and work efficiently.
Proactive problem-solving mindset – thinking ahead and troubleshooting challenges.
Competent with technology – familiarity with Best Practice Software, Medicare claiming, and Office Suite is a plus.
