Tyndale is a preschool to Year 12 co-educational school located in Blacktown, Sydney. About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the Principal to join our team from Term 2, 2025.

This key role works closely with the Principal to deliver a broad range of services to support the School’s educational vision and mission. The role focuses primarily on providing high-level professional administrative and personal support to the Principal. The successful candidate will possess outstanding presentation and communication skills, strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, be team-orientated and be capable of projecting a positive image of the School within the community.

Essential Criteria

  • Christian of a Reformed/Evangelical persuasion, who is an active member of a Reformed/Evangelical church
  • Whole-heartedly subscribe to the School’s Educational Creed
  • Advanced computer literacy and skills including electronic communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach demonstrating personal initiative, adaptability and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and also as a team player.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Capacity to operate with discretion, respect, trust and discernment while also maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in working as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Desirable Criteria

  • Undergraduate degree is highly desirable.
