MTC has been championing evangelical Bible teaching and global mission for over 65 years through conventions and events held at the Mount Tamborine Conference Centre (MTCC) in the heart of the Gold Coast Hinterland. With a vision to provide trusted, relevant Bible teaching, MTCC is home to events like the annual Easter Convention, Get-Away, Mission Matters and many more hosted events.
About the Role
As Board Administrative Assistant, you'll provide vital support to the MTC Board and Executive team, ensuring the smooth running of meetings, events, and compliance activities. This flexible, remote role averages 7 hours per week, including attendance at online board meetings, the AGM, and two annual residential board retreats.

What We’re Looking For
A highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, a commitment to Christian ministry, and the flexibility to work remotely while attending occasional in-person events. Experience in archiving, scheduling and maintaining documents is valued as is a working knowledge of Teams, Office and OneDrive.
