Based at Macquarie Park, you’ll be central to anticipating change impact and playing a critical role in conversations ensuring optimum change effectiveness. Reporting to the Head of EPMO and collaborating closely with the broader leadership team, you’ll drive change readiness at a Portfolio level. This role involves mentoring change managers across the business and fostering a culture of change fitness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Ensure the people-related benefits and risks of changes are well understood and managed, including activities that contribute to change stickiness.
  • Collaborate: Partner with senior stakeholders to align rolled up change impact in lie with readiness and strategic priorities
  • Think Strategically: Develop and execute effective strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposed changes
  • Innovate: Automate manual processes and continuously improve change management practices.
  • Foster Talent: by building a strong internal capability and a Community of Practice.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Qualifications & Expertise: tertiary qualifications in Business or related fields, plus specialist training in change management.
  • Leadership: Ability to work with peers and senior leader to lift their own change fitness
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong prioritisation, planning, and action-oriented skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Agility to navigate competing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a knack for inspiring confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Change Management Mastery: Deep understanding of the change practises and being able to adapt those to front-line environments.
