About Us

3C Kidz Care began operations in 2006 and is a ministry of Casey City Church. 3C Kidz Care provides high quality Outside Hours School Care (OSHC) which includes before school care, after school care and vacation care to kinder and primary school aged children. Our OSHC is offered within schools at several locations including Drouin, Knox, Lilydale, Mount Evelyn, Narre Warren South, Pakenham and Wantirna South.

Day-to-day Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Providing accurate information to, staff, parents, admin team.
  • Being approachable, courteous, friendly and welcoming to all stakeholders.
  • Handling incoming calls, queries, bookings and instructed outgoing calls.
  • Manage incoming emails, questions and bookings, while adhering to standards of decorum and professionalism.
  • Basic database entry in Smart Central and Ops Central. Individual must be willing to be trained in these platforms.
  • Administrative support for Admin Team.
  • Basic level of preparation and printing of marketing materials.
  • Sending out email reminders.
  • Ensuring the office is clean, tidy, safe, and a well-functioning workspace.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of all administrative processes.

To Be Successful in This Position You Will Need:

  • Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Consent to a National Police Check.
  • Willing to gain a minimum Certificate 2 First Aid.
  • Proficiency in Database management and MS Office software’s including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to be trained in database management.
  • Initiative driven, passionate individual who is self-motivated and enjoys working in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
  • Exposure to a similar work environment. Knowledge of church environment is highly desirable.
