We are seeking to appoint an experienced and collaborative professional for the role of Administration Manager.......
The Administration Manager is responsible for leading the Events team at Mount Annan Christian College. The team consists of the Community Engagement Officer, Brand Manager, Graphic Designer / Photographer and Events and Co-Curricular Coordinators.
This role will also see the Administration Manger responsible for ensuring the College events and co-curricular activities operate smoothly as well as assist in facilitating and ensuring consistent stakeholder experience by providing excellent internal and external customer service.
This role will see you responsible for:
• Managing the planning and execution of all College events, including assemblies.
• Developing a comprehensive scope, sequence plan and costings for upcoming events
• Collecting and analysing feedback from stakeholders after each College event
• Collaborating with the Heads of Primary and Secondary on events & activities
• Collaborating with the Director of Sport & Co-curricular P-12 and Head of CAPA on overseeing the administration of the music and sport programs
• Assisting in managing Representative Sport Uniforms in coordination with the College's uniform provider
• Supervising the organisation and logistics of camps and excursions, including bus/coach arrangements
• Overseeing the coordination of annual school photos
• Supervising the administration of the College’s music and tuition programs
• Monitoring, managing, and reporting on the team’s budget
• Overseeing the preparation and submission of smaller grant applications and their acquittals
• Facilitating regular team meetings and conduct one-on-one sessions with team members
• Fostering positive working relationships with key providers, including the uniform shop, regular stakeholders, and the MACC Executive team
• Providing assistance to the OCD Manager and senior leadership team with additional activities, projects, or reporting as required
• Fulfilling weekly kiss and drop/crossing duties according to the roster
Our ideal candidate has:
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Proven track record to scope, implement and ultimately deliver high value events and activities in line with key stakeholders needs
• Advanced management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and contribute to a high-performing team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to uphold privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Confident in managing and engaging with staff members
• Adaptable, reliable, and flexible in dynamic environments
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• At least 3 years of experience in an office management role
• Previous experience working in a school sector (desirable)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Experience with Sentral and Monday.com
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, including Excel
This is a full time, ongoing position based on 38 hours per week. The hours of duty are 8.00am to 4.00pm.
