As the Senior Development Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of multiple high-value property projects. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects meet customer, operational, and financial objectives. You will also mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performing and supportive team culture.

Tertiary qualifications in Property Development or a closely related field. 7+ years in property development with experience in developing large ($200m-$300m) multi-staged seniors living projects.
