About the role

We are seeking a part-time School Camping Fieldworker who will plan and deliver school camping programs. In this role, you will build a strong culture and a high-performance team and manage the various functions of programs and operations. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) and fixed-term (3 months).

What we offer:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in camping and facilitating programs for children and young people (preferably within a Christian ministry context)
  • Experience in leading and training volunteers
  • Passion for ministry and camping programs
