About the Role

As part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are safe, clean, and inviting to our guests. This role offers a great opportunity to work outdoors and gain diverse experience in maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.
  • Assist with minor building repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Clean and maintain outdoor areas, such as pathways, parking lots, and communal spaces.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
  • Support other team members as needed in various projects and tasks.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Is physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in grounds and building maintenance.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license (preferred).
