About the Scholarship

Arrow Leadership Australia, in partnership with Christian Jobs Australia, is thrilled to offer a half scholarship for our Executive Leaders Program in 2025. This collaboration aims to support a promising Christian leader by covering 50% of the program costs, making this unique leadership development opportunity more accessible.

About the Arrow Executive Leaders Program

The Executive Leaders Program is designed for experienced leaders in non-profit, church, and educational settings who are looking to enhance their leadership skills, deepen their faith, and increase their impact. Through a series of offsite (residentials), online learning, and mentoring, participants are equipped to be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, and lead more people to Jesus.

Scholarship Details

• Scholarship Amount: 50% of program costs (valued at $7,500), courtesy of Christian Jobs Australia

• Program Start Date: March 2025

• Location: Various (blended in-person and online)

Eligibility Criteria

We’re seeking applicants who meet the following criteria:

1. Demonstrated Leadership Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role, with a heart for service and impact in Christian or non-profit sectors. This scholarship is ideal for those who are established leaders but looking to take their development to the next level.

2. Passion for Faith-Centered Leadership

Applicants should have a deep desire to lead with integrity and in alignment with Christian values. We’re looking for leaders who are committed to integrating faith into their leadership practices.

3. Commitment to Learning and Growth

This scholarship is intended for leaders who are committed to investing in their long-term personal and professional growth. Applicants should be ready to actively engage in all aspects of the program and dedicate time for reflection, mentoring, and community engagement.
