Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Process documents from the ATO
  • Scan and organise documents and files
  • Collate client documentation
  • Perform general office duties and provide ad hoc administrative support
  • Prepare invoices and bills
  • Handle correspondence and calls with the ATO
  • Complete checklists and standard templates

Reception (on a rotational basis)

  • Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome
  • Provide hospitality services, including tea and coffee, to clients and visitors
  • Assist with coordinating in-house catering for training and internal meetings
  • Set up rooms for client and staff meetings
  • Manage mail drop-off, pick-up, processing, and distribution

  • Holds a valid driver’s license

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant experience is advantageous but not required for application. We place importance in finding a candidate who is eager to learn and develop as an administrator in a professional environment.
