Job Description
At Ringwood Community Church, we are passionate about being authentic and Christ-centered, fostering connections, and sharing stories as we journey together within God’s story. We are seeking a Worship Director to lead our community in meaningful worship during our Sunday morning services.
This role is highly flexible and can be tailored to suit the successful applicant's experience, availability, and skills. We encourage expressions of interest from candidates with a variety of musical and leadership backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Plan Worship Services: Plan, organize, and spiritually lead worship for our Sunday services in collaboration with the Pastor.
Build and Develop Worship Teams: Recruit, train, and nurture a team of worship volunteers.
Coordinate Service Elements: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure smooth preparation for weekly services.
Spiritual Leadership: Encourage and foster a culture of worship that honors God and serves the church community.

About You:
Proficient in music, particularly with keys or guitar.
Organized with excellent time management skills.
Strong communicator – both verbal and written.
A team player with high energy, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

Flexibility and Pay:
Hours and workload are negotiable based on the applicant's availability and preferences.
Pay will be based on qualifications, experience, and agreed hours.
Opportunities exist for internship positions through the Emerging Leaders Program (CCCVAT) with additional time allocated for both personal development and church contribution.

Ringwood Community Church is a vibrant and welcoming congregation located at 1 Tamar St, Ringwood, Victoria, 3134.
