Bible Society Australia (BSA) is seeking a highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented individual for the role of Systems Accountant. This role will see you playing a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite System for the BSA and Koorong Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Provide ongoing NetSuite system/technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot and manage NetSuite integration issues.
• Configure and maintain NetSuite to optimize workflow and achieve business goals.
• Support all departments with NetSuite reporting requirements.
• Foster effective collaboration between BSA and Koorong teams.
• Contribute to projects across BSA brands where relevant.
• Explore new ideas and strategies to support growth and improve productivity.

Key Criteria

We are excited to hear from candidates that are:

• CA/CPA qualified or nearing qualification.
• Experienced with NetSuite (5+ years) is required
• Prior experience in finance roles and proven experience in Netsuite software
• Skilled in stakeholder management.
• A team player with high-quality assurance skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
